Arthur spent the month mostly learning how to navigate Sweetwater, with the assistance of his Haven Street neighbours: after getting kidnapped and drugged by Norman and learning this wasn't an isolated incident, he sent an invite to the rest of the street to summon all the newcomers to meet up, discuss where they all came from and what to do about their situation. This resulted in him, Numbers and Norton hatching a scheme to break into Norman's house - and getting Arthur and Norman arrested.
