NEIGHBORHOOD WATCH
WARNINGS FOR NEEDLES, PSYCHIATRIC ABUSE, MEDICAL ABUSE, TORTURE, SLEEP DEPRIVATION, BRAINWASHING, ALTERED STATES OF CONSCIOUSNESS, AND NONCONSENSUAL DRUG USE.

In the interest of tracking and documenting who has been caught engaging in subversive behavior or thought and what their punishment was, please fill out the following form any time your character is penalized by the town. If you're not sure what the NPCs would deem an appropriate amount of torture, you may put "Mod Discretion" in the punishment section and let us decide.

Extent of Punishment: If you're unsure, write "Mod Discretion" and we will decide for you. X hours of sleep deprivation and brainwashing, with or without injection.
Did they fight back? If so, they will be injected with a nontherapeutic overdose of haloperidol. The effects will last for one week, but if this happens too many times, they may find some of the effects lasting longer than one week...
If so, last day of impairment: Numerical date, 7 days from the day they were taken into the basement.

Did they fight back? Yes and he got the overdose :( But at least he got the ~~tote bag~~ toe tag!

Character Name: Numbers
What they did, with link to thread or post: Visibly reacting and interrogating people over the memory share thing and also. Um. Charged into a police station and just started trying to goad the police officers into sharing information. Which was really stupid and probably more significant than the original memshare reaction.
When the offense happened: January 16th
Extent of Punishment: Full 72 hours, as specified in the investigation question!
Did they fight back? Yep! And he got that juice in him

What they did, with link to thread or post: Talking about the NYE visions, in his top level, with Arthur, and with Numbers at the least, though I'm hoping to get another thread or two on the topic going.
When the offense happened: January 1st
Extent of Punishment: As in the top level, 36 hours of sleep deprivation, with injection
Did they fight back? He talked back, partly by trying to make conversation with Norman rather than just watching the television as instructed
If so, last day of impairment: January 8th, I think?

Character Name: Teddy (Roberts) "Smith"
What they did, with link to thread or post: When I catch up with tags, probably talking about the mannequins and other weirdnesses in public as well, but primarily, digging around city records.
When the offense happened: 1.17.61
Extent of Punishment: 36 hours (per event description) of brainwashing.
Did they fight back? Yes, toward the mid/end of the sleep deprivation, after some vocal protesting but eventually giving in.
If so, last day of impairment: approx 1/24

Character Name: Rodion Raskolnikov
What they did, with link to thread or post: Being generally belligerent, talking about the NYE visions and dissing the lovely town of Sweetwater, talking about the mannequin incident, not hiding his general disdain for America.
When the offense happened: Around the 19th.
Extent of Punishment: 36 hours of sleep deprivation, haloperidol injection.
Did they fight back? Yes — some physical struggling, and a general unwillingness to take in the ~~propaganda~~ helpful education.
If so, last day of impairment: Around 1/26.

Character Name: Arthur Lester
What they did, with link to thread or post: In the immediate aftermath of New Years, talking about the memories with Papyrus and openly discussing being transported with Bucky.
When the offense happened: Let's say Jan 7th
Extent of Punishment: 48 hours deprivation plus injection due to backtalking Norman
Did they fight back? Absolutely

Papyrus is subjected to 48 hours of sleep deprivation torture and brainwashing. When he returns to his home, the lawn is immaculate, with no evidence that he ever mowed anything into it at all 48 hours ago.
